Have you ever wondered about the spiritual philosophy of the holy month of Ramadan? This is the time for Muslims to strengthen their empathy for the poor by getting a small glimpse of what it is like to have no food or water.
This is the time to increase charitable giving. It is time to deepen our worship and our connection with the Almighty. That is why on the evening of 3rd April we invited friends in the Headquarters of AMS to an evening of discussion on these ideas, and for an Iftar Dinner to show how Muslims open their fast.
